1. Driver Requirements
- Minimum age: 18 years (age may vary by vehicle category)
- Valid driving license held for at least 6 months
- International Driving Permit (IDP) required for non-EU licenses
2. Rental Period
- Rental is calculated on a 24-hour basis
- Late returns may be subject to additional charges
- Early returns are non-refundable unless agreed upon in advance
3. Fuel Policy
- Vehicles are delivered with full fuel tank and must be returned with the same fuel level
- Refueling charges apply if the car is returned with less fuel than at pickup
4. Insurance & Coverage
- Full insurance (Third Party Liability) is included
- Insurance does not cover: tires, undercarriage, interior damage, loss of keys/documents, or driving under the influence of alcohol
5. Excess & Deposit
- A security deposit will NOT be required
- NO excess, due to full coverage
6. Vehicle Use Restrictions
- Driving is permitted only within Corfu (unless otherwise authorized)
- Off-road driving, racing, or towing is strictly prohibited
- Use of ferry without written permission is not allowed
7. Traffic Violations
- All fines, penalties, and legal fees resulting from traffic violations are the renter’s responsibility
8. Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pickup
- Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee
9. Vehicle Breakdown or Accident
- In case of breakdown or accident, contact our assistance line immediately
- Do not move the vehicle before taking photos and contacting our team
- A police report is required in the event of an accident
10. Additional Drivers
- Must meet the same age and license requirements
- Must be registered on the rental agreement
- Additional driver fee may apply
11. Personal Belongings
- The company is not responsible for any personal items left in the vehicle
12. Changes to Terms
- Terms and conditions are subject to change without notice
